It is a pleasure to write a review about our realtor, Connie Baker. Her personable and professional manner throughout the home buying process was top notch. I really liked how she allowed my husband and I to lead the process so that we felt comfortable, yet she knew when to step up to the plate to get things done. For example, our lender and I were struggling with getting in contact over the phone, so she reached out to the bank to help them figure out why their messages weren't getting through to me. She also worked quickly one evening to get in our second offer of the day, which ended up being the house we bought! These are just two of many examples of her competence as an agent. The other great aspect of working with Connie is that she is a local and knows the ins and outs of all the neighborhoods. This was a real plus as we were looking in different areas for just the right craftsman style home with good quality and character. Throughout the process she kept her positive attitude and great sense of humor to encourage us buy our very first home.
