As first time home buyers, I’m sure we had more questions than the typical buyers. Connie throughout our entire process was patient and thoroughly explained everything to us. She also has so many years of expertise that she was able to give us her candid opinion which we appreciated over and over again. We were in a lucky position to have the time to find something that really suits us, and being a little older we had patience to do so. Connie never once rushed us into buying a house. She also went the extra mile to check on the properties we were interested in, often contacting the selling agent with questions. Connie is essential for first time home buyers. She is knowledgeable regarding house maintenance, understands the nuances of mortgage and escrow, knows the area extremely well (she's a local), she is incredibly punctual to appointments, she is very prompt with communications and genuinely cares about the future of her customers. Connie helped us find exactly what we were looking for. I was very impressed with her knowledge - my husband was a contractor for a long time and they were always in agreement. She was patient and showed us many different homes. She helped us negotiate a great deal on our home. She was one of the driving forces that helped us close on time! Our realtor, Connie baker, went above and beyond expectations. Treated us as family and went out of her way to ensure our deal went smoothly. Dealing with often times another difficult and unruly listing agent. Connie definitely is a supporter of the armed forces and will be there for you every step of the way, even taking personal time out to ensure great communication when you are states and timezones apart. Would definitely recommend to anyone, but especially military or va home loan buyers.

Connie was very easy to work with. She gave us good advice, was patient with both a purchase of a new home and the selling of our old one. She followed through with all requests and did not try to show us properties outside our price range

Connie, was professional, kind and knowlegable. She met with us numerous times until we found the home we loved. Another thing that stood out was her honesty, some of the homes were below par and she was always upfront and knowlegable of precautions that we should take. We would recommend her highly.

Connie was very patient, easy to work with, easy going, fun, and very thorough. She's honest when asked a question and doesn't give up looking for what you want. I was sure I was going to drive her crazy while house hunting, but was very understanding, hence the patience!! My husband and I have already recommended her to others and will continue to do so!!

Connie was absolutely great to work with. This was the first home I bought in WA and she helped guide me through the process with minimum stress and pointing out things to be aware of in this part of the country.
